About the Show:

Get your tickets now to see the successful show that turned Broadway on its head. The Addams Family is based on the classic cartoons by Charles Addams, which have also spawned several television series and movies. The eccentric and ghoulish cast of characters includes the elegant mother Morticia (originated onstage by Bebe Neuwirth), the passionate father Gomez (originated onstage by Nathan Lane), the mischievous children Wednesday and Pugsley, the wacky Grandma, the incredibly odd Uncle Fester, and the stoic butler Lurch. Very much in touch with the deceased and the supernatural, this family lives in a world of their own, and their unique dispositions make them the perfect characters to dramatize on stage and in song. The Addams Family is a classic-style Broadway show seen through the playfully morbid eyes of an Addams. Complete with vividly dreary costumes, a creaky, creepy set, and impressive song-and-dance numbers, it is a kooky hit for the whole family. Time's a wastin'--get your Addams Family tickets today before you're six feet under too!

Review "...The Addams Family was an enjoyable experience with several genuinely laugh-out-loud moments, a few memorable songs, and a talented cast." Read the full review >> Plot Synopsis:

The story opens as the morbid Addams family is visiting the graveyard to meet with their deceased ancestors. Uncle Fester asks the ancestors not to return to their graves just yet because the family is going through a crisis: daughter Wednesday has fallen in love with a "normal" boy, Lucas Beineke, and invited him and his parents, Mal and Alice, over for dinner. The entire family is worried that Wednesday is becoming a different person. When the Beinekes arrive, Wednesday and Lucas try to make the evening go as smoothly as possible, encouraging their families to just be "normal." At first, the two families are thrown for a loop due to their fundamental differences, but eventually, they begin to communicate. Insecurities come out as Alice reveals that her marriage to Mal has become passionless and Morticia worries that she is growing old and irrelevant to her family. Pugsley worries that Wednesday won't torture him anymore if she is too wrapped up in her love life, so he steals a potion from Grandma to bring out her darker side--but Alice ends up drinking it instead! Just as tensions continue to rise, Wednesday and Lucas announce the reason for the gathering: they are getting married. In order to distract everyone from the crumbling evening, Fester asks the ancestors to conjure up a storm to trap everyone in the mansion for the night. How will this mismatched and troubled group survive a night together in the creepy Addams mansion? Get your Addams Family tickets today to see the chilling results for yourself.
