You will be in for a special treat if you buy Westminster Dog Show tickets as six new breeds are eligible to compete in the show this year. One such dog is the American English Coonhound which is known for his wide-range hunting abilities. This type of dog is a wonderful athlete and needs exercise on a regular basis. The Cesky Terrier will make its way into the competition starting in 2012 as well. Although this short legged, well defined hunting terrier is quite reserved around strangers, the Cesky always proves loyal to its owners.
With Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show tickets you will also witness the Entlebucher Mountain Dog, native to Switzerland. This is a short-haired, tricolored dog, the smallest out of all the four Swiss breeds. A Scandinavian reindeer herding dog, the Finnish Lapphung gets in on the action this year also. We can’t forget about the Norwegian Lundehund that roamed the rocky cliffs of Norway centuries ago. Lastly, the Xoloitzcuintli, the national dog of Mexico will finally have the opportunity to make a name for itself in the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.
