About the Miami Dolphins

Founded in 1966 as an expansion team in the American Football League, the Miami Dolphins are one of the most iconic franchises in the entire NFL. The Dolphins are the only franchise in the NFL to complete a perfect regular season -- and finish the season undefeated as well. Miami went 17-0 in 1972, en route to capturing the franchise's first-ever Super Bowl title.

The Dolphins went on to win back-to-back titles, winning the Super Bowl again in 1973 -- but Miami hasn't captured another title since.

Despite not having won a Super Bowl in over 40 years, the Dolphins remain one of the most popular teams in the NFL -- thanks in part to Dan Marino. Marino is widely regarded as the best quarterback of all-time never to have won the Super Bowl, and finished his career with 420 touchdown passes, and just 252 interceptions.

Miami is now ready to build on its rich history, return to the Super Bowl and bring another title to Florida. Check out the Dolphins' 2018 schedule, and buy your Dolphins tickets today!
