Towels and blankets are permitted. Chairs of any kind are prohibited. ADA Access: Park entrances on 12th Street and 14th Street are wheelchair accessible. The Charles Allen Drive Gate and the Park Drive Gate entrances are also wheelchair accessible. There are two ADA Viewing Platforms located at each stage.
