From the musical hotbed of Canada, British Columbian rockers Hedley have made a name for themselves over the course of four albums. Named after a town in BC, Hedley was the result of a $150 bet that its lead singer couldn’t make it to the top three of Canadian Idol. Not only did Jacob Hoggard win $150, but he also laid the groundwork for Hedley tour dates with Canada’s entire television viewing audience.
Since their debut single On My Own shot all the way to number one on the Canadian Singles Chart, Hedley have consistently churned out pop gold like Sugarfree and Gunnin’ and had an opening slot with Yellowcard before Hedley tickets for their own shows began selling out.
After being nominated for several Juno Awards over the latter half of the decade, Hedley finally hit their mark with a Best Video of the Year Award for the single Perfect. They also performed at the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games and their single Invincible from the album Storms flew up the charts.
In 2013, Hedley released the first single "Anything" off the album WildLife. The Hedley album was released in 2014 in the United States and was followed by a North American tour dubbed the Wild Live Tour to support the album. The Hedley album, WildLife has since reached double platinum status with another 10 million online streams. Catch Hedley on tour with cheap Hedley concert tickets.Notable Hedley Awards
