Can the tickets I purchase be customized?
The tickets you purchased cannot be customized or altered from their initial state because of strict rules enforced by venues on ticket alterations. This means that the name and the price cannot be changed from what is displayed on the tickets you receive. Please note that the name on your tickets will be the name of the person who initially purchased the tickets and the price on the tickets will be the price for which the tickets initially sold - neither of which will impact another person’s ability to use the tickets and attend the event.
Can I include a personal note with the tickets?
We're afraid it isn’t possible to have a personal note included in your ticket package, BUT we do have gift notes that you could provide your gift recipient. All you have to do is click here
and submit a gift note request to us!
What is a gift note?
A gift note is a way you can let a gift recipient know that you bought them tickets to a special event prior to your receiving the tickets. Sometimes tickets aren’t available for immediate shipment due to the fact that they haven’t been printed and/or distributed yet by the venue. This means that you may purchase tickets and not have them available for that special someone on their special day. Our gift note will let your gift recipient know about their pending gift in a colorful and thoughtful way. You can request a gift note by filling out the information here
Will the tickets arrive in time to be given as a gift for the holidays?
The sellers who list tickets on our website will do their very best to deliver your tickets as soon as they can. Many sellers will publish expected ship dates on their ticket listings in order to give you an idea when the tickets could be delivered. You can always contact the seller for further shipment updates, but if it’s clear that your tickets cannot be delivered in time for a special event, just let us know! We could always make a gift note that you could give your gift recipient in lieu of the actual tickets. Just click here

How do I know if tickets are “hard” tickets or e-tickets?
We cannot guarantee that any tickets sold through our marketplace will be e-tickets or hard tickets (ie: traditional tickets printed on cardboard) unless that fact were explicitly promised by the seller on the ticket listing. Please note that some sellers choose to print and ship e-tickets, so just because a listing isn’t marked with “E-ticket” delivery doesn’t mean the tickets are inherently “hard” tickets. Please note, too, that e-tickets are just as valid for event entry as any other ticket type and that we guarantee the authenticity of all the tickets sold on our marketplace.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Unfortunately, no. We do not currently offer gift cards for purchase on our site.
These tickets are a gift. Do I have to attend the event?
Not at all! You are able to buy tickets for someone else and then give the tickets as a gift, provided the tickets are delivered to you before the event. The actual name on the ticket doesn’t matter, nor does the identity of the purchaser. All that matters is the bar code on the tickets. The only issue that would impact someone else’s ability to use your tickets would be if you purchased tickets for Will Call delivery or Local Pickup Near The Venue (see below).
The tickets I purchased are for local pickup/will call, but these tickets are a gift. Can the recipient pick up these tickets?
Many ticket sellers would be concerned about delivering tickets via Will Call or Local Pickup when the intended recipient of the tickets is different from the initial buyer. A seller would leave tickets at Will Call under the name of the purchaser of the tickets and, similarly, they would only deliver tickets via Local Pickup to the person who purchased the tickets. The purpose of such a rule is to decrease the chance that someone will take your credit card and illegally use it to purchase tickets. We therefore cannot guarantee that a ticket seller would be able to deliver tickets via Will Call or Local Pickup to anyone but the initial purchaser of the tickets. You would have to contact the seller separately if you wanted someone else to pick up your tickets. The seller would be able to inform you if such an exception were allowed and what they would require from you to make it happen.
Can the tickets be returned/exchanged if the gift recipient cannot attend the event?
Unfortunately, no. All sales are final through our site due to the fact that tickets are time-sensitive items with a strict limit on their value. Returning tickets is also difficult due to the fact that the price of tickets on the open market rises and falls with regularity. This means that your seller may not be able to resell your tickets at the same price which you paid for them. If, however, you find that your tickets are no longer usable, you can email us

and see if you are eligible to list your tickets for resale on our marketplace.
Can the tickets be shipped directly to the gift recipient?
You are allowed to input a shipping address on your ticket order by unchecking the “Use billing address as my shipping address” checkbox during checkout. You will then be prompted to enter a separate shipping address for your order. There are times when a seller may not be able to accommodate your request and/or will require additional information from you to ship the tickets. The reason for this is to protect against fraud (ie: someone using your card illegally and altering the shipping address so you are unaware of the transaction until later in time). Please note that your ticket seller may ask for additional documentation to confirm your desire for a separate shipping address in order to ensure that someone isn’t using your card unfairly for their own gain.
Can the shipment of the tickets be scheduled for a date near the holidays?
The tickets listed for sale on our marketplace are owned by hundreds of different ticket sellers with different shipment abilities. We are therefore unable to promise that a given seller will be able to arrange shipment so that your tickets arrive on or near a certain date. You can nevertheless contact the seller of your order to see if they’d be able to accommodate any requests for shipment. The seller’s information will be revealed after you place your order.
