At TicketLiquidator, we try to give back to the public in a variety of ways throughout the year. By donating to select charities or volunteering at soup kitchens and the like, we strive to be a positive influence in our community.
Are you looking for a way to give back to an organization that has helped it's community? TicketLiquidator donates gift certificates to organizations throughout the country with the goal to give back to those who, in turn, give so much to their communities. In order to meet the high demands of these organizations we've made the request process simple! Check out just a few of the great organizations that we've donated to in the past:
Our team has volunteered at The Open Hearth, a temporary residential community for homeless men that provides food, clothing, shelter, recovery programs, spirtual, educational and recreational guidence and employment training and placement in Hartford, CT. Our team volunteered in The Open Hearth's soup kitchen for a day.
Our staff agrees that It was a deeply rewarding trip and we look forward to going back! You can read our thoughts on the experience right here.
We've also donated our time to Foodshare, in Bloomfield, CT. Foodshare is a food bank serving Hartford and Tolland counties distributing, on average, 16 tons of a food every day to local partners. Foodshare helps fight hunger through increasing self-sufficiency for those in need and increasing awareness through community education about hunger.

We recently volunteered to perform groundswork for Family Life Education in Hartford, CT. This not-for-profit organization provides guidence and resources to urban familities with programs including daycare, parenting support, risk assessment, English as a Second Language education, heathcare support and employment advising among the many other programs they have available. TicketLiquidator assisted local gardner Dr. Joanna Gerber in grounds beautification that day, pruning, weeding and raking the front garden and surrounding grounds.
