About the Show:

No Man's Land is a play written by Harold Pinter (Betrayal, The Birthday Party) in 1974. Its premiere production, starring John Gielgud and Ralph Richardson, was staged at the Old Vic Theatre in London on April 23, 1975. It was a success, transferring theatres during its considerable run. The production transferred to Broadway in 1976, earning Richardson a Tony Award nomination. Since then, it has received numerous revivals and regional productions. A 2013 Broadway revival (performed in rep with Waiting for Godot) cast Ian McKellen (The Lord of the Rings) and Patrick Stewart (X-Men) with Billy Crudup (Big Fish) and Shuler Hensley (Young Frankenstein). Plot Synopsis:

In a London house, alcoholic upper-class intellectual Hirst lives with Foster, his secretary, and Briggs, his man servant, who may be lovers. One summer night, Hirst goes to a pub and invites down-on-his-luck poet Spooner over for a drink. Over the course of the night, Spooner, through several impossibly fantastic stories, claims to have known Hirst at university and shared several male and female acquaintances.
