Australia's top pop vocal group and now a Las Vegas institution, Human Nature has conquered the music world. They began as four high school students in Sydney (Andrew Tierney, Michael Tierney, Toby Allen, and Phil Burton) who formed the group The 4 Trax to compete in an inter-school music competition. Following a stint of street performances, they began to attract a following in clubs. Soon, they had a contract with Sony Music Australia and a flashy new name that described their essence, Human Nature.

Their 1996 debut album, Telling Everybody, featured singles like "Don't Say Goodbye," "Whisper Your Name," and "People Get Ready." Their incredibly success attracted the attention of artists from Michael Jackson to Celine Dion, who included them as their opening act in Australian tours. Their second album, Counting Down was released in 1998, and included the songs "Last To Know," "Don't Cry," and "Cruel." Released in 2000, their third album was self-titled and featured singles like the popular "He Don't Love You." 2001 saw the release of the group's first greatest hits album, Here & Now: The Best of Human Nature.

Making a change of pace in 2004, the group released the album Walk the Tightrope, which included songs written by the likes of the Bee Gees and Darren Hayes of Savage Garden. Their fifth studio album, 2005's Reach Out, was focused on covers of Motown songs, and was so successful that it led to two more Motown cover albums, 2006's Dancing in the Street and 2007's Get Ready.

When Human Nature performed a two-month engagement at Atlantic City's Tropicana Casino, they began their love affair with the United States. In the years following, they established a resident show at Las Vegas' Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino and even had their theatre named after them. Following that success, the men released Vegas: Songs from Sin City in 2010 and The Christmas Album in 2013, during their new, Motown-themed residency, "Smokey Robinson presents Human Nature: The Motown Show" at the Venetian Hotel and Casino.
