The tour promises hours of music in 54 cities all over the country. The artists this year have over 60 top 40 hits. This year the tour includes five artists: The Turtles Featuring Flo and Eddie, Chuck Negron of Three Dog Night, Gary Puckett and the Union Gap, Gary Lewis and the Playboys, and Mark Lindsay, the former lead singer of Paul Revere and the Raiders.

The Turtles are known for their number one hit, "Happy Together." It was number one on the charts in 1967 and is one of their 9 top 40 hits. They are also known for their cover of Bob Dylan’s, "It Ain’t Me Babe." They are the hosts and headliners of the tour.

Chuck Negron cofounded Three Dog Night in 1967. Their number one hit, "Joy to the World," was released in 1971. The band sold over 40 million albums and had 21 top 40 hits. They received 13 gold albums.

Gary Puckett and the Union Gap had 5 top 10 singles. Three of their most popular hits were: "Woman, Woman," "Young Girl," and "Lady Willpower." By 1968 the group had already received 6 gold records. They also received two Grammys for Best New Artist and Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal.

Gary Lewis and the Playboys are best known for their song, "The Diamond Ring," which was a Billboard number-one single in 1965. In the same year Lewis was named Cash Box magazine’s "Male Vocalist of the Year."

Mark Lindsay is the former lead singer of Paul Revere and the Raiders. His musical career began at the young age of 15 and he joined Paul Revere and the Raiders when he was 16. During the 1960’s the Raiders had 17 top 100 hits such as "Steppin’ Out," "Just Like Me," and "Hungry."
