Florida Gators Football Schedule

Florida Gators are playing the Iowa Hawkeyes for the 2016 Outback Bowl for the post season after losing to Alabama in the SEC Championship game.

About Florida Gators Football

The Florida Gators football program is a well-established, successful football team that plays for the University of Florida. Their home field's nickname is "The Swamp," very fitting for the Florida Gators football team that have won three national championships. The team's colors are bright orange and blue, creating a recognizable look for their football team. They won the Birmingham Bowl in 2014 against East Carolina and the 2011 Gator Bowl against Ohio State. Besides those recent Bowl wins, their most recent BCS National Champsionship Game win was against Okalhoma in 2008. Therefore, success is not an old concept that the Florida Gators are trying to return to. The football team is consistently successful, and they are supported by their school and fans. Tim Tebow is a semi-recent Florida Gator who won the Heisman Trophy in 2007 as a Gator. He is one of three Heisman Trophy winners who have played as Gators. The experience of watching a game at "The Swamp" is as team-spirited as it sounds. It is a once-in-a-lifetime kind of game that you can enjoy over-and-over with the great prices of Ticket Liquidator. The Gators aren't known to disappoint, and watching the game live is worth the experience in itself.
