About Fleetwood Mac

Fleetwood Mac originally formed in 1967 -- but as a very different version of the Fleetwood Mac than the one most fans are accustomed to. Originally formed by Peter Green, Mick Fleetwood, Jeremy Spencer and Bob Brunning, Fleetwood Mac's debut album Fleetwood Mac was a blues album -- a very different sound than many expect when they hear "Fleetwood Mac" in 2018.

After various changes throughout the early '70s, Mick Fleetwood and John McVie invited Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicksto join the band in 1974. Fleetwood Mac's popularity took off shortly thereafter, after the new-look band released its second self-titled album Fleetwood Mac, followed by Rumours, which won the 1978 Grammy for Album of the Year.

After various lineup changes, Stevie Nicks, Lindsey Buckingham, Christine McVie, John McVie and Mick Fleetwood got back together in 2014. 2014 and 2015 marked the first time since 1998 that Christine McVie toured with her former bandmates. Now in 2018, Fleetwod Mac's line-up has changed again but the hits remain the same. Fleetwood Mac is still captivating live and with Fleetwood Mac tickets you can see them perform in a city near you this year!
