About Stomp

Do you love to feel the rhythm? Are you a fan of modern dance? Then don't miss your chance to see Stomp, the show that revolutionized live performance by incorporating elements of movement, percussion, and visual comedy to form a stimulating and intriguing fusion experience. Watch bodies spin and turn, exploring the limits of the human form, while beating out amazing rhythms using the most unlikely of objects, including garbage cans, poles, and brooms.

Since its UK debut in 1991, Stomp has been taking audiences by storm. After its wildly successful world tour from 1991-94, the first American cast began performing at the Orpheum Theatre in New York, and the production is still going strong, now entering its 18th year. Stomp has won several awards including an OBIE for its off-Broadway show, a Drama Desk Award for "Most Unique Theatre Experience," and a Laurence Olivier award for Best Choreography in its 1994 West End production in London.

Stomp tickets will definitely transport your mind far outside the box, and you won't forget the experience any time soon. The nature of Stomp is so eclectic that all kinds of theater- and concert-goers rave about the show, including the types of people who'd be equally at home buying Led Zeppelin tickets or Bon Jovi tickets. So give this show a shot, even if you don't think you like live theater--you'll be tapping your feet and drumming your fingers for weeks! Stomp is on tour in addition to its New York and international residencies.
