Muse possesses a rich history within the alternative rock scene. Since then, Muse has released five studio albums, the most recent being The Resistance in September 2009. Boasting experimental and electric chords combined with passionate vocals the band has had the privilege of performing with U2, Red Hot Chili Peppers and the Foo Fighters. Muse has won nearly thirty awards ranging from the NME Awards for Best New Band and Best Live Band to the MTV Europe Music Awards for Best Alternative Act and Best UK & Irish act.
