About Aerosmith

Formed in 1970 in Boston, Aerosmith have become rock icons during their 40-plus year career. Comprised of Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Tom Hamilton, Joey Kramer and Brad Whitford, Aerosmith have released 15 studio albums, most recently releasing Music from Another Dimension! in 2012.

Despite forming in 1970, Aerosmith have been able to stay relevant throughout their entire career. The Boston-based rockers have had a top-20 hit in the United States in each decade of existence, most recently with "Legendary Child" in 2012. Aersomith notched their first-ever No. 1 hit in 1998, with "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing," but perhaps their most recognizable songs are 1970s hits "Walk This Way," and "Dream On."
