The band lasted four years after that during which time they produced fan faves Ain’t Nothin’ But a House Party, Give It to Me and Love Stinks. J Geils Band tickets to reunion shows are extremely popular with fans.
The band even had a near miss at the 2010 Rock and Roll Hal of Fame when they were finalists for inclusion in the Class of 2012 but ultimately weren’t chosen.
