The Zac Brown Band is living proof that dreams do come true. Started in Dahlonega, Georgia, Zac Brown (lead vocals, guitar) decided that he’d rather tour than go to school and along with Jimmy De Martini (fiddle, vocals), John Driskell Hopkins (bass guitar, vocals), Coy Bowles (guitar, keyboards), Chris Fryar (drums) and Clay Cook (guitar, keyboards, mandolin, steel guitar, vocals), he hit the road on a 200-show tour in 2002.

Four albums and five chart-topping hits later (Chicken Fried, Toes, Highway 20 Ride, Free, and As She's Walking Away) the Zac Brown Band are still dreaming with scheduled appearances at the 2011 Country Music Academy Festival, a supporting artist gig on Kenny Chesney's Going Coastal Tour, and a nomination for an Academy of Country Music Award for Top Vocal Group of the Year. Fans had no idea how lucky they were to get Zac Brown Band tickets for their shows with the Dave Matthews Band.

The Zac Brown Band also contributed a live version of the song Cold Hearted to the Patagonia Music Collective to raise funds for urban farming.
