SummerSlam Tickets

Considered by WWE as their second biggest professional wrestling event of the year behind only Wrestlemania, SummerSlam is the "Big Four" event of the summer season, taking place in August each year.

The first SummerSlam took place on August 29, 1988 at Madison Square Garden. It pitted Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage against Ted DiBiase and Andre the Giant (Hulk and Andre had a famously bitter rivalry). Subsequent SummerSlams have taken various formats, but have most usually pitted single wrestlers against one another in a handful of high-profile matches. Combatants have included the likes of Bret Hart, The Undertaker, Booker T., The Rock, Triple H, Steve Austin, Chris Benoit, Kurt Angle, Kane, Chris Jericho, Randy Orton, Goldberg, The Great Khali, Jeff Hardy, Rey Mysterio, Christian, and Alberto Del Rio.
