TicketLiquidator.com does not own tickets itself, acting instead as a marketplace where you can find tickets listed by a large network of reputable sellers. Our sellers are quite varied, and include everything from firms directly involved in event promotion, to established ticket brokers, to individuals like you with extra tickets they don't need.

All of the tickets sold on our site comply with our policies and include our standard guarantee terms.

All of our tickets are set at market prices determined by our network of reputable sellers. This means that in many cases the ticket prices will be higher than the value printed on the ticket. In other cases, it is possible for the ticket to be sold below the value printed on the ticket.

We do not have the tickets in our possession, so we are unable to determine whether any particular price on a group of tickets is above or below the price printed on the ticket.

TicketLiquidator.com does not own tickets itself, but instead acts as a marketplace where you can find tickets listed by a large network of reputable sellers. The sellers themselves set the prices for sale, and it is possible that different sellers with tickets in the same section and row have decided on different prices they wish to receive for the tickets.

Each line item displayed in our ticket listings below represents a group of tickets that are indeed located adjacent to each other.

In very rare cases, some groups of tickets are 'camel-backed', meaning the seats are spread across more than one row (2 seats in front of 2 other seats for example). Whenever this is the case, it will be listed in the notes next to the ticket group.

As the tickets listed on our website are not in our possession, coming instead from a large network of reputable sellers, we are unable to maintain real-time, accurate seat numbers for all our tickets. Even when we are aware of seat locations, we do not always reveal this information to protect the privacy of our sellers.

If you have special needs or concerns, requiring for example a special type of seat or location, please contact our service reps and we will work to find something that fits your needs.

When an event is permanently cancelled, such as for example when a late game in a multi-game sports playoff series becomes unnecessary, you will be eligible for a refund. Please note however that any shipping costs will not be refunded for the order, and to receive a refund you will need to follow the procedures spelled out in our policies, including in some cases the requirement that you return the physical tickets that were delivered to you.
