The Lord of the Rings Symphony Concert Tickets |
J.R.R. Tolkein’s Lord of the Rings trilogy has inspired a number of adaptations in radio, theater and most notably Peter Jackson’s film versions and their beloved soundtracks, composed and orchestrated by Academy Award-winning composer Howard Shore. Shore has released over 10 hours of discrete musical themes he composed for each of Middle Earth’s 80 distinct cultures. Now you can relive the excitement, drama and fantasy of the films with tickets to Lord of the Rings - in Concert! Conductor Ludwig Wicki along with the Munich Symphony Orchestra, Pacific Chorale and Phoenix Boys Choir will perform the soundtrack from The Fellowship of the Ring in its entirety, accompanying a widescreen projection of the film. Feel the power of the film told through the epic score as Frodo, Sam, Pippin and Merry set out for Mordor. Tickets for The Two Towers and The Return of the King in Concert will follow The Fellowship of the Ring tour in 2012 and 2013 respectively, and Howard Shore has signed on to score Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings prequel, The Hobbit. In the meantime, Lord of the Rings symphony tickets for the battle between Gandalf and the Balrog of Morgoth await! Check out the LOTR Symphony Schedule and get LOTR symphony tickets right here! |
