SoCal punk rockers Social Distortion have been to hell and back and lived to tell the tale. After surviving singer/guitarist Mike Ness’ criminal and drug problems and the emotional fallout from the loss of founding guitarist Dennis Dannell, Social Distortion has rocked on through three decades of personnel and label changes and hiatuses to release seven studio albums and influence a whole new generation of punk rockers.

After their most recent seven-year break from recording, the band is back and fans are eagerly lining up for Social Distortion tickets. With the release of Hard Times and Nursery Rhymes in January 2011, the band have been playing shows with the same fierce energy that fans have come to know and love.

Never short on imagination, the band premiered a short noir-gangster film for their single Machine Gun Blues where they dressed in 1930s period garb and streamed a live show from the red carpet gala that accompanied it.
