The annual SEC Big East Invitational NCAA college basketball series brings together some of the best teams in the country to compete for their conference. The SEC/Big East Invitational has been held every December since 2007 as a precursor to regular season play. Its a very competitive tournament and SEC Big East Invitational tickets are always big sellers. Historically this event has consisted of two days of double headers between four teams from each conference. These games have been split between two locations. Starting with the 2011-2012 NCAA Men’s Basketball Season a new format pits 12 teams from each conference against each other. Beginning with the 2011-2012 NCAA Men’s Basketball season, all invitational games will be competed at campus locations across the SEC and Big East. The SEC/Big East Invitational competition will span across three days and 12 different locations. Its a great way to kick off the college hoops season so make sure you get your tickets ready!
