Curry, last year's Butkus Award Winner, is expected to become one of the premier linebackers in the NFL very quickly. Last year it seemed the league adapted to Cornerback Marcus Trufant, as his interceptions went from 7 in 2007 to just 1. With the addition of some good defensive players Trufant will likely get more chances to cause turnovers. LeRoy Hill, Lofa Tatupu and Aaron Curry give promising hopes for the heart of the Seahawks defense. Lofa Tatupu will likely be the middle linebacker and should be a major contributor to this revamped defense. Leroy Hill is back and will be in good shape to contribute once again. End Patrick Kerney should be able to contribute much more after last year's injury plagued season, and cornerback Ken Lucas is back with the Seahawks after four years with the Carolina Panthers.
