Ticket Liquidator is a nationwide network through which licensed companies resell tickets to events. This means that we don't charge your card, nor own, price, or ship the tickets listed for sale on our website. Instead, these tickets are priced, shipped, etc., by different sellers who usually include a mark-up fee in the final ticket price. While sometimes frustrating, this price mark-up is standard across ticket resale websites and is the extra price we all pay to access great seats to great events on our own schedule when primary ticket sources are likely sold-out.
Our ticket sellers don't advertise seat numbers on their listings in order to avoid the flagrant double-booking of tickets. That would translate into numerous customers having their orders cancelled when they otherwise thought they were "all set." So, to prevent this, our ticket sellers give themselves leeway by listing tickets in general sections and rows. Even then, if they run out of tickets, they will immediately try to find replacement tickets for you of equal or greater value. The general goal: get you those tickets before you've missed a crucial buying opportunity!
We understand that people often attend events with friends or family and so it's important to be able to be near the ones you love. That means that all tickets on our website are guaranteed to be together unless explicitly stated otherwise (eg: the seller advertises the tickets as being "piggybacked"). Another rare exception is if the seller of a listing notes that the tickets will be "split" (ie: split up into different consecutive chunks) if a customer purchases more than a certain number of them.
It's an unfortunate fact of life that neither we nor the sellers who list tickets on our website are responsible for ticket distribution. This is in the busy hands of event promoters and means that we are all at their mercy (so to speak!). Occasionally, indeed, tickets are not even printed and/or distributed until within weeks of their event. This means that our ticket sellers may not have tickets in hand to ship to you immediately after you place an order. But, no fear, because the minute your tickets are available, they will be shipped according to the method chosen during checkout.
Ticket Liquidator, rather like Ebay, is a forum where licensed ticket companies and consumers like you can resell tickets to events. These numerous sellers price their tickets based on personal calculations about what they think "the public" is willing to pay. One seller may list tickets at $50 apiece and another may list tickets in the very same section and row at $35 apiece. In short, the price of a ticket does not always determine the quality of a seat. Therefore, as a rule, it is better to buy tickets based on stated location rather than price.
The service fee (20% of the total ticket price) is an integral part of our business model and will be calculated automatically on the checkout page. It pays for website maintenance, credit card billing security, e-mail and phone-based customer support, and the technological system that allows sellers to list tickets online. Please note that all businesses charge a service fee (even those who "don't!") and that ours is one of the lowest in the secondary ticket market. We prefer to advertise it separately from the ticket price for the sake of full price transparency.
The sellers who list tickets through Ticket Liquidator have a small window of time during which they're allowed to accept or reject a ticket order placed by a customer. Sellers often list tickets (albeit for high prices!) on other websites and thus they may need some time to make sure the tickets you purchased were not just bought by someone else. Please note that our Worry-Free Guarantee does not take effect for ticket purchases until a seller officially accepts an order and confirms that it will be fulfilled. (Most sellers will contact you directly to confirm your order's status within a few hours, but we at TL can always check for you, too!)
There are very few diversions from this rule: First, you will be refunded by the seller for your order total (minus the shipping fee) if your event is cancelled or never played. Second, you will be refunded by the seller for all order charges if your tickets do not allow access to the venue or are not delivered in time for the event. Please note, though, that postponed events do not entitle customers to a refund because the tickets will be valid for the new date of the event. (In that case, if you're stuck with tickets you don't want, you can always resell them on Ticket Liquidator!)
Tickets may not ship immediately after you purchase them, but that doesn't meanyou have to worry about getting them in time for a big occasion! Email giftnote@ticketliquidator.comand we will create a giftnote that you can give your gift recipient in lieu of tickets. The giftnote could be customized for your event type (holiday, birthday, "thank you" - etc.)and be delivered via email as a PDF document within one business day. We can alsoship hard copies of gift notes, as well - whatever you want - so that your specialsomeone has something to open on the big day!

Glam-metal, hard rock gods Poison are the poster children for sex, drugs and rock and roll. Originally a bar band in Pittsburgh, Poison’s opening night line up of lead vocalist Bret Michaels, guitarist Matt Smith, bassist Bobby Dall, and drummer Rikki Rockett moved to L.A. and built up a following playing clubs on the Sunset Strip. It was in L.A. that they picked up guitarist C.C. DeVille in an audition where he narrowly beat out Slash from Guns N’ Roses for the spot. Despite onstage scuffles, cocaine and alcohol addictions and head injuries, Poison has lived to tell the tale.
With hit singles from Every Rose Has Its Thorn to Unskinny Bop, Poison positioned itself as the fifth best-selling hard rock band of the 80s after Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, and Guns N' Roses. Poison tickets were scarce and tours with Ratt, Cinderella, Quiet Riot, Kiss, Def Leppard and Cheap Trick have led to sold out shows.
During this time, lead singer Brett Michaels managed to handle a career as a solo recording artist and actor. At one point Michaels co-founded a production company with Charlie Sheen and wrote, directed, acted in and scored the soundtrack to A Letter from Death Row. Michaels even had his own reality show called Rock of Love and was the winning contestant on Celebrity Apprentice 3. Not to be outdone, fellow bandmate C.C. Deville starred in VH1’s The Surreal Life, appearing on set the day he got out of rehab. Now a fixture in pop culture, Poison has sold over 30 million records and are enshrined in the video game Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock. Poison and Def Leppard tickets are on sale now at TicketLiquidator!
