County Credit Union Poinsettia is awarded the Poinsettia Bowl trophy as well as a $750,000 cash prize, not to mention a great story for anyone that bought game tickets! The Poinsettia Bowl is aligned with the MWC and the WAC, meaning that teams from that conference get first shot at participating in the game. The other bowl games associated with the MWC are: the Las Vegas Bowl, Independence Bowl and the New Mexico Bowl. Games associated with the WAC are include the Hawaii Bowl and the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.
