The Ticket Liquidator Lowdown
  • We are a resale marketplace, not a ticket seller. Prices are set by third-party sellers and may be above or below face value.

    close

Ticket Liquidator is a nationwide network through which professional companies and trusted individuals resell tickets to events. This means that we don't charge your card, nor do we own, price, or ship the tickets listed for sale on our marketplace. The tickets are owned instead by hundreds of sellers who re-price their tickets based on the popularity of the event and the number of tickets available.
  • Seat numbers are not available for tickets listings.

    close

Ticket sellers don't advertise seat numbers on their listings in order to prevent double-booking specific tickets and overpromising ticket availability. Please note, though, that any tickets purchased through our marketplace are guaranteed to be together unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • All seats are together unless stated otherwise.

    close

We understand that people often attend events with friends or family and want to be located near the ones they love. We therefore guarantee that any tickets purchased from a listing will be together unless explicitly stated otherwise (eg: the seller advertises the tickets as being "piggybacked") or unless the tickets are General Admission. Another rare exception is if a seller notes that certain tickets will be "split" into different consecutive chunks if a customer purchases more than a certain number of them.
  • Tickets are not guaranteed to ship immediately.

    close

The sellers who list tickets on our marketplace access tickets from a variety of sources - venues, fan clubs, event promoters, industry insiders, and even other ticket resellers. Some sellers may have to wait to receive tickets from their supplier due to ticket printing or distribution delays. Please note, though, that delayed delivery does not change the fact that you are guaranteed to receive your tickets by the date of the event once your order is accepted by the seller. Sellers also do their best to advertise expected delivery delays on their listings in order to help you make an informed purchase decision.
  • Ticket prices vary because the sellers do, too.

    close

Ticket Liquidator is a marketplace where professional ticket companies and trusted individuals resell event tickets at a price of their choosing. This means that the prices for tickets on our marketplace will vary depending on the seller’s judgement and the popularity of the event. One seller may list tickets at $50 apiece and another may list tickets in the very same section and row at $35 apiece. It is therefore best to buy tickets based on stated location rather than price, because pricier isn’t necessarily better!
  • A service fee is added to ticket orders at checkout.

    close

The service fee is calculated during checkout and equals 25% of the total price of your tickets. The fee helps Ticket Liquidator recoup its cost for website maintenance, credit card billing security, customer support, and the technological system that allows sellers to list tickets online.
  • Orders are not guaranteed until accepted by the seller.

    close

The sellers who list tickets through Ticket Liquidator have a small window of time during which they're allowed to accept or reject a ticket order placed by a customer. Sellers often list tickets on other websites and they may need some time to make sure the tickets you purchased were not just bought by someone else on another exchange. Please note that our Worry-Free Guarantee does not take effect for ticket purchases until a seller officially accepts an order and confirms that it will be fulfilled. Almost every order for tickets is accepted (over 99.2% of them!) but, if there’s any problem, we’ll be sure to let you know ASAP and help you get new tickets.
  • All sales are final.

    close

Tickets are time-sensitive items whose price rises and falls over time and whose value expires following the event date. This means that sellers would be taking a risk by allowing customers to return tickets that might never be resold or otherwise resold for the same value as what you paid. The ticketing industry has therefore adopted an “all sales are final” policy that disallows ticket return. If, however, you find yourself unable or unwilling to use your tickets, you can always check out our consumer seller program!
  • Are you buying tickets as a gift for someone?

    close

Tickets aren’t guaranteed to ship immediately after you purchase them, so, as a result, you may not receive your tickets in time for a special gift-giving occasion. If that’s a concern, you can click here, fill out our form, and we will create a gift note that you can give your gift recipient so they have something to open on their special day! The gift note could be customized for your event type (holiday, birthday, "thank you" - etc.) and would be delivered via email as a PDF document within one business day.

Patti Lupone Concert Tickets

Patti LuPone is nothing short of a musical theatre legend. She is perhaps best known for her Tony-winning performance as Eva Peron in the 1979 Broadway production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's seminal musical Evita, in which she belted out such beloved songs as "Don't Cry for Me Argentina." Shortly thereafter, in 1985, she traveled to London's West End and received critical acclaim and a Laurence Olivier Award for her performances in The Cradle Will Rock and the original production of Les Miserables, in which she created the role of tortured prostitute and social pariah Fantine, memorably debuting the now-standard song "I Dreamed a Dream." In 1987, she returned to New York City, where she starred in the Lincoln Center Theater revival of Anything Goes. Her Drama Desk Award-winning portrayal of nightclub singer Reno Sweeney remains one of her most beloved performances to date.

In 1993, LuPone once again teamed up with Andrew Lloyd Webber in London to create the role of Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard. In 1995, she created her first one-woman Broadway show, Patti LuPone on Broadway, for which she won an Outer Critics Circle Award. In 1996, she was hand-selected to replace Zoe Caldwell in Terrence McNally's Master Class, playing the famous opera diva Maria Callas and transferring with the show to the West End. LuPone's next major Broadway turn was in the revival of Noises Off, opposite Faith Prince and Peter Gallagher, after which she began regularly performing at Chicago's Ravinia Festival, starring in concert performances of Sweeney Todd, Passion, Anyone Can Whistle, Gypsy, and Sunday in the Park with George.

Audiences welcomed LuPone back to Broadway in John Doyle's innovative Broadway revival of Sweeney Todd; she starred as Mrs. Lovett (opposite Michael Cerveris' Sweeney Todd) and, along with the rest of the actors, also played some of her own accompaniment (on the tuba and the orchestra bells). She received a Tony nomination for her fine performance. Soon after, she starred as Rose in a 2007 City Center Encores! production of Gypsy, and went on to win the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical for the 2008 Broadway revival. In 2010, LuPone created the role of Lucia in the new musical Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, based on the Pedro Almodovar film of the same name. She was nominated for Tony, Drama Desk, and Outer Critics Circle Awards. In 2011, she played the role of Joanne (singing the song "Ladies Who Lunch") in a the four-night concert production of Stephen Sondheim's Company, starring Neil Patrick Harris.

In late 2011, LuPone signed on to take her successful concert tour with on- and off-stage friend Mandy Patinkin to Broadway for a 63-performance run. An Evening with Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin marks their first reunion since their Tony-winning performances together in Evita.
