He started doing comedy at an early age and as he grew older Epps eventually moved to Atlanta to perform, working at the Comedy Act Theater before moving to New York City and become a part of Def Comedy Jam on HBO. It wasn't long before Mike Epps tickets were the hot item for New York comedy fans. He made it big on comedy, and did some acting along the way too. Additionally, Mike Epps has shown his musical prowess in various forms. He's performed as Rick James in A Bay Bay by Hurricane Chris and made a song with Pooh Bear called Trying to Be a Gangster.
