Plot Synopsis:

Two of the greatest athletes of all time, basketball greats Magic Johnson and Larry Bird are well known for their famously fierce rivalry during the 1980s and early 1990s. Bird was a star player for the Boston Celtics while Johnson led the charge for the Los Angeles Lakers. The two men couldn't have been more different; Bird was a white, small-town guy with a quiet personality, and Johnson was a black man from the city with a certain upbeat celebrity flair. Throughout their rivalry, these men brought fire to the NBA and invigorated fans everywhere before finally finding friendship on common ground. They continue to be forever joined in history in a tale of unlikely parallel lives.
