Where can I find seat numbers?

Even when we are aware of seat locations, we do not always reveal this information to protect the privacy of our sellers.

What happens if this event is cancelled?

When an event is permanently cancelled, such as for example when a late game in a multi-game sports playoff series becomes unnecessary, you will be eligible for a refund. Please note however that any shipping costs will not be refunded for the order, and to receive a refund you will need to follow the procedures spelled out in our policies, including in some cases the requirement that you return the physical tickets that were delivered to you.
