Foreigner Concert Tickets |
Long running rock sensation Foreigner was formed in 1976 by guitarist-songwriter Mick Jones, ex-King Crimson member Ian McDonald and vocalist Lou Gramm. Together they spawned some of rock music’s guiltiest pleasures. Singles like I Want to Know What Love Is, Feels Like the First Time, Cold as Ice, Hot Blooded and Head Games helped sell over 50 million albums and sustained the band over years of international touring during which time Foreigner concert tickets were in high demand. After a 16 year hiatus, Foreigner returned in 2009 with their album Can’t Slow Down which represented a return to form for the band and its only remaining original member Mick Jones who once again took up songwriting duties. Current lead vocalist Kelly Hansen steps admirably into the shoes of Lou Gramm to belt out the band’s cherished classics. In 2010, Foreigner’s new line-up toured with Styx and Kansas on the United for Rock tour. In 2011, the band was scheduled to support AOR gods Journey on its UK tour.
