But, then again, we could never have grown to be one of the largest ticketing websites in the country without getting honest opinions from our customers about our successes, our failures, and those areas in-between.

This feedback page will allow you to post your views (good or bad) to be seen by people around the world so that others can learn about our company and so that we can strengthen our relationship with consumers.
Please note, though, that we can’t post anything inappropriate, so, if you want to claim your spot on our feedback page, you must say something that is polite (no obscene language, please!), on-topic (about Ticket Liquidator, not about our competitors or the price of uranium), and truthful (no inaccurate statements regarding your order or our business).

We all know what it feels like to go to at least one event and be let down by something... be it the act or the venue or the seats. It certainly is disappointing when you look forward to something and then are let down by it.

Hello Scott! Thank you for your feedback! We're glad that you enjoyed the seats you purchased, but sorry to hear about your unhappiness with the price you paid for your tickets. We at TL are a network through which tickets are being resold and thus being re-priced independently of their face value. The prices of tickets therefore vary extensively from event to event and seller to seller and they also change constantly depending on an event's popularity.

It sounds like you’re actually talking a special offer advertised by a third-party company after completing our checkout process. The company concerned – Passport To Fun – offers special discount opportunities to people and gives you the ability to sign up for their service in return for a rebate. You'd need to touch base with Passport To Fun directly on the rebate issue (we've emailed you their info).
