But, then again, we could never have grown to be one of the largest ticketing websites in the country without getting honest opinions from our customers about our successes, our failures, and those areas in-between.

Hello Kara! Thanks so much for your feedback! Please reach out to us via email or telephone should you need any immediate assistance with your ticket order. We monitor emails and phone contacts before any submissions through our feedback tool so we can be sure to address any pressing issues for customers.
In your case, we see that your seller has already acted to ship the tickets that you purchased. You'd just want to each out them (we emailed you their information) with the new address. Your seller could then request an address change with FedEx and - voila - all will be well.

I have them in my hands with ample time before the Sporting event. The pricing was more than fair, including the service fee, as anyone will know who uses the Broker services and Internet? Hello Hellen! WOW - that's so kind of you! We certainly do try to keep the prices on our site as competitive as possible. We at TL don't actually price the tickets - BUT how much we charge sellers to list tickets on our exchange (and other such factors) ultimately inform how sellers price their tickets. What we also do is deliberately under-price event tickets listed by sellers to try and get consumers the lowest price possible in the resale market - so, for instance, if a seller lists tickets at $150 each, we might have them listed for $145 each and take the extra $5 hit on ourselves. We just try our very best to get you the best deal available!

Ticket availability through ticketmaster was scarce and far from stage. Then I bumped into this site and was able to purchase an amazing seat! I even mentioned the site to a co-worker who also bought tickets. The entire process was so simple and fast.
The day of the concert, I got there and was stoked! I was able to see Eddie up close (I even got to shake his hand) yay!.

I had already purchased four tickets to attend the event with my children. Due to the aftermath of hurricane Sandy I gave my seat to my son's girlfriend and purchased another two tickets from ticket liquidator for my sisters children to attend.
