i just wanted to say i have used ticket liquidators many of times all had a positive experirence service rep was helpful and searched for the best seats possible for me tickets to the event were never late and no problem with downloading tickets people have to understand that your a third party selling for the original owner of the tickets and there are certain fees i will continue to use your service i feel your prices are compatable and even beat compettion prices at times

Amy called me a Month before the show and corrected the issue and even got me better seats for the same price.You don't need to worry about Ticket Liquidator they are the real deal. Hello Greg! Thanks for your feedback! We're sorry to hear about the confusion in regards to the discount. It would actually appear that the discount could not be applied to your order because it can only be used on orders valued at a certain amount or over - but, hey, it's the holidays! We've therefore created a new code for you of a higher value that you can use on a future order within the next six months. The code doesn't have an order total limit, so you can use it whenever your heart desires. Have a wonderful holidays with your friends and family!!

My complaint to Ticket Liquidator (TL) was quickly and professionally resolved in my favor, a full refund issued. From my experience, this is a very ethical, customer friendly company!

First time I used your site. Concert was sold out locally at box office. Purchased tickets thru you, printed via email. Was concerned when they printed out full page with Jason O.'s name on them but when I got to the concert & they bar scanned OK, I was SO relieved! Better than that - the seats we had were best in show! I could not have been more pleased. I see in feedback that some people complain about the service fees and I have read your responses. To me, I would rather pay a slight service fee for you to use secure portals for ticket safety and purchaser information safety. Will definately keep you as a resource for future concert needs.

We were visiting Minneapolis and decided last minute to attend 700 sundays. Ticketmaster was no help as our account is held in canada and they wanted a usa billing address. Whaatt!!??
