We had excellent experience AGAIN with Washington Redskin Tickets (Before Washington Nationals Tickets)...Each time the price was fair, the tickets came on time. My experience is Ticket Liquidator's works !!!

Purchase went very smoothly! I called back with questions, and they were fully addressed. My daughter and granddaughter were in line, ready to enter the Fresh Beat Band concert, when my daughter noticed someone had taken her tickets out of her pocket. While juggling a 2 year old, in the rain, someone did this to my little family! An officer came over to help my daughter ( she was hysterical.) All she had to do was show her email from you guys, and she was in the door! The middle aged couple that were sitting in her front row seats were escorted out of the amphitheater. I hope they were arrested! My daughter called me as soon as the concert ended to tell me my granddaughter had the time of her 2 year old life! I was fretting over paying so much for front row seats, but it was worth every penny! Thank you Ticket Liquidator! I don't think things would have worked out this well if I had purchased from another company.

In regards to your seating, you ordered through us the following:
Event: Il Volo Sep 22 2012 7:30PM
Venue: Bayou Music Center (Formerly Verizon Wireless Theater - TX) in Houston, TX, United States of America
Section: 105 Row: C
If you look at the map of the Bayou Music Center, section 105 is in back of section 102 - so you would have been placed early in section 105. This would not put you only 9 rows away from the stage. It's therefore a little unclear as to why you believed you would be located closer to the stage.
We're nevertheless sorry for the confusion and hope we could assist you in the future with even better tickets to an even better event!

When I ordered from Ticker Liquidator I was worried the tickets were going to be counterfeit because I never buy resold tickets. Well, the tickets arrived super fast (2 or 3 days!) and sure enough, they were real and we had an amazing time with Red Hot Chili Peppers! They were also great seats, I thought the price markup was very reasonable for tickets I couldn't have otherwise gotten from Ticketmaster because the good seats sold out.
