I was so dissapointed that the Detroit Tiger game I went to on Friday, Sept 5th had a 3 hour rain delay after the 3rd inning. We waited around for 2 hours then went home. I was hoping the game would be replayed the following day but when I got home they started to play again at 11:00 PM. I spent $135 on the tickets. Although it was not your fault, it would be nice to receive a discount on my next order since I purchase tickets through Ticket Liquidator about twice a month.

In regards to the delivery issue, we're glad to hear that you received your tickets very promptly from the seller. We expect sellers to deliver tickets as soon as they can and even rate sellers based on how quickly they fulfill a ticket order. We don't want customers waiting around for their tickets any longer than necessary or otherwise being concerned about when they're going to receive their tickets. That's why we work hard to keep customers as up-to-date as possible about the status of their tickets' shipment.
On the pricing issue, it is indeed true that the tickets on our marketplace are being resold (and therefore repriced) by professional ticket-sellers throughout the United States (and beyond!). These sellers price tickets based on what they believe the tickets are worth on the open market and also based on the cost incurred by them to access the tickets. These costs are in addition to the face value price printed on the tickets themselves and often compensate the seller for money they spend to access tickets from specialized resources so that you can later buy those tickets at your leisure without having to scramble for them on the day of a major onsale.

Hello Shinji! Thanks for your comments! We're sorry to hear about any confusions associated with the delivery of your tickets - but, of course, everything turned out okay! Sometimes tickets aren't available to ship until closer to the event date due to delays in printing or distribution from the venue. It's nevertheless the duty of the seller to make sure you get your tickets regardless - and we're here to make sure they do that!

The service is amazing!! During my order, I forgot to input the summer promo code and missed out on saving 10%. As soon as I realized, I called their toll free number and was greeted by a lovely representative with almost no wait time.
Although they weren't able to deduct the 10% discount (because the money goes directly to the vendor) they generously agreed to mailing me a cheque with the appropriate discount amount.
