Colombia World Cup Schedule

Colombia has never advanced further than the Round of 16 in any of its previous four World Cup appearances -- but that is poised to change in 2014. Led by captain Mario Yepes, Colombia is participating in its first World Cup since 1998, when the global tournament was held in France. As of March 2014, Colombia is ranked as the No. 5 team by FIFA, and should be a major contender throughout the tournament.

Colombia's first World Cup match since 1999 will come against Greece on June 14. Colombia will then take on Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) on June 19, before wrapping up group play against Japan on June 24.
