City and Colour Concert Tickets |
As lore has it, Dallas Green was queasy at the thought of putting his own name on the cover of his first album so he came up with a code name based on his first name, a city, and his last name a color. Under the moniker City and Colour, Green has brought his tender singing and songwriting across North America on City and Colour tour dates to widespread critical acclaim. His wispy, vulnerable lyrics and melodies recall a latter day Nick Drake on his debut album Sometimes. Born and raised in Canada, Green published material that he had been working on since the tender age of 14 and released the songs that eventually landed him a Juno Award on the Internet where they caught on like wildfire and kindled excitement over City and Colour tickets to see perform the material live. With his second album Bring Me Your Love, Green introduced new instruments and a fuller band sound as he brought City and Colour on tour. His increased notoriety landed him a performance on an episode of WB’s One Tree Hill in front of an audience of millions. Now with his third album Little Hell, fans are clamoring for City and Colour concert tickets to hear the latest from this folk auteur. Don’t miss him when he passes through your area on City and Colour tour dates! |
