Audrey Hepburn's portrayal of main character Holly Golightly has become a point of study and has solidified her reputation as an acting and style icon. And Truman Capote's provocative writing (on which the film and play are based) is, as always, the stuff of genius. Now, the classic film has been adapted for the stage by playwright Richard Greenberg (Take Me Out, The Assembled Parties). The 2013 Broadway cast pairs Emilia Clarke ("Game of Thrones") as Holly opposite Cory Michael Smith (The Whale) as Fred, and features George Wendt ("Cheers") in the role of Joe Bell. Plot Synopsis:

Fred, a writer from Louisiana, meets Holly Golightly, a young, charming, and vivacious girl who is out to have a good time. Her magnetic personality draws many suitors to her, including a millionaire and the future Brazilian president, so Fred feels the pressure to keep up. As World War II continues in Europe, Holly eventually falls for Fred, but her past begins to catch up with her.
