Brazil World Cup Schedule

Soccer, or, if you prefer, football, is synonymous with Brazil -- and now in 2014, Brazil is the host nation for the World Cup! Led by Oscar, Neymar, and Thiago Silva, the Brazil National Team has its collective eyes set on winning the World Cup, and becoming the first host nation to win the World Cup since France in 1998.

In 2006 and 2010, Brazil lost in the quarter-finals. In the 2010 World Cup, the Brazil National Team lost to Holland 2-1, despite taking an early 1-0 lead. Undoubtedly, the stakes have never been higher for the Brazil National Team, as the club has a chance to not only avenge the last two quarter-final losses, but win the World Cup at home in Brazil as the event's host nation.

Brazil will get the World Cup underway when they take on Croatia in the Opening Match on June 12, before playing Mexico on June 17. Brazil wraps up group play on June 23 against Cameroon.
