It was down to the wire. Black light dancers Fighting Gravity, opera prodigy Jackie Evancho, small town singer/musician Michael Grimm and opera performer extraordinaire Prince Poppycock. The jury was divided equally between these four talented and outrageously different acts. The first to step down from the America's Got Talent stage was Prince Poppycock (who has been likened to a male Lady Gaga) closing with "Nessun dorma" from Giacomo Puccini's Turadot. Next elimination round was Fighting for Gravity who reinacted a struggle between good and evil to the tunes of "Beyond Monday, and "More Lazers." Runner-up was Jackie Evancho, America's sweetheart with a worldly sound singing "Ave Maria" and winner Michael Grimm Singing Percy Sledge's "When a Man Loves a Woman."
