A Little Night Music Information |
A Little Night Music Tickets Going Fast!If you've been keeping your eye on the best and the brightest on Broadway, then you'll know that A Little Night Music tickets are selling fast! The Stephen Sondheim/Hugh Wheeler musical, starring Catherine Zeta-Jones and Angela Lansbury, has been one of the surprises of the season. Zeta-Jones plays actress Desiree Armfeldt, an ageing victim of her own selfishness and love of the limelight, who allowed her daughter to live with her grandmother, Madame Armfeldt. Desiree finds herself performing in a town where an old lover lives with his 18-year old "virginal" bride. The two happen to be in the audience during one of Desiree's perfomances - and the story begins. It transpires that Fredrik, the ex-lover, fathered Desiree's daughter, and the two of them resume their affections, as soon as Fredrik can extricate himself from the grip of his innocent teenage bride. Needles to say, there are greater factors working upon this tale; adultery involving several characters, a game of Russian roulette and older ladies with checkered pasts (Lansbury). This combination makes it easy to see why A Little Night Music tickets are so popular right now. If you're looking for a Broadway tickets treat this holiday season, then you could do a lot worse than A Little Night Music. It's a musical with class, but it packs a human punch. Not only that, but its most famous tune, "Send in the Clowns" is performed impeccably by Zeta-Jones. This is just one of the high points of A Little Night Music, though. Come along; buy some cheap A Little Night Music tickets today and witness one of the year's most rousing musicals! |
