On February 11, 2009, the TicketLiquidator team volunteered to work for a few hours in the soup kitcken at The Open Hearth, a halfway house for men in Hartford, CT. A non-profit organization, The Open Hearth was founded in 1884 and has developed into "an innovative residential living program for homeless and addicted men in recovery from Connecticut and Southern New England." Below, you can see a video and read some of our thoughts about the experience. If you'd like, you can also find out more about our charity work. Want to contribute? Here's how you can help.
