Since its inception in 1997, Netflix has redefined an industry formerly dominated by brick and mortar franchises through a series of right-place, right-time innovations. The trailers for two highly anticipated films surfaced this week. Clint Eastwood’s J. Edgar Hoover and David Fincher’s The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo feature the work of two directors in their prime tackling big subject matter.
