1. Send your favorite Super Bowl snack or tailgate recipe to the Facebook submissions page including your name, title of the recipe, ingredients and instructions on how to make your nosh.
2. Wait for the submission period to end Jan 10-24, 2012 (2 weeks) and VOTE! The finalists will be taste-tested at Ticket Liquidator to determine the winner.
3. At the end of the voting period, you can check Tuesday's weekly Tipster email to see if your recipe made the cut.
4. If it is featured, you're in the running to win! The winner will be announced on the Tipster email, the Ticket Liquidator Facebook page and Live Toast on Feb 6, 2012!

The Contest

Are you the life of the party at football tailgating or Super Bowl events because your homemade food is just that good? We want to know your go-to recipe for the game! If you're willing to part with your favorite snack recipe you can submit it here for a chance to win a $250 Ticket Liquidator gift card!

Here's how it works:

The Basics

Submit your favorite recipe to the Facebook photo submission page. Include your name, zip code, ingredients and brief instructions on how to make your food.

Fans will vote for their favorite recipes to determine the finalists. The finalists will then be taste-tested when the Ticket Liquidator team cooks, tastes and judges the finalists. The Ticket Liquidator team will then pick a winning recipe that will be featured in the Tipster Newsletter (sent to our entire email subscriber list!)

The person who submitted that winning recipe will then receive a $250 gift card towards their next Ticket Liquidator purchase! A “Congratulations!” email from Ticket Liquidator will be sent to their email inbox displaying a gift card code made especially for them that they can enter at checkout.

Rules and Regulations

1. You can submit up to five (5) recipes on the Facebook submissions page. Don’t forget the ingredients list and instructions!
2. This recipe must not contain any illegal or potentially harmful substances. If you are using someone else’s recipe you must obtain permission to use their recipe in this contest.
3. Please do not include any inappropriate language. All ingredients must be available at a typical grocery store – no overly exotic ingredients or illegal substances allowed!
4. We will be preparing each recipe that is chosen as a finalist so be advised that more complex recipes that require more than a few hours of active time may be disqualified.
5. If you have submitted a great recipe but certain ingredients cannot be obtained, we reserve the right to make minor edits to that recipe, without altering its fidelity, in order to stay as close to the recipe as possible.
6. Your first and last name will be displayed as part of the caption if we select your recipe. If you would prefer your full name not to be shown, or wish to have only your first name displayed, please indicate that when submitting your recipe.

8. If we receive complaints about any submissions, we will immediately remove the submission from the running.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: As conditions of entry into this Contest and by uploading and entering a Submission, Entrant warrants and represents that the Submission (a) is original and has been legally created; (b) does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party; © has not been entered in or won previous contests or awards; and (d) has not been published or distributed previously in any media. Entrant represents that he/she owns all rights to his/her Submission. Entrant further represents and warrants that the Entrant has obtained permission from each person whose name, image, or likeness (“Likeness”) is included in the Submission, and that such person(s) have granted Entrant all necessary rights to use the person’s Likeness as described in these rules, and that Entrant can make written copies of such permissions available to Ticket Liquidator upon request. By submitting, Entrant irrevocably grants Ticket Liquidator and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns, agents and licensees, the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used), the Entrant’s Submission, including, but not limited to, the text contained therein (in each case, as submitted or as edited/modified in any way by Ticket Liquidator, in its sole discretion), as well as to use Entrant’s name, likeness, photograph (collectively, “Likeness”), and/or statements regarding his/her participation in this Contest (with or without using the Entrant’s name) in any and all media without limitation as to time or territory, and without additional compensation or approval from the Entrant or any other party. Entrant waives intellectual property rights, privacy/publicity rights or other legal or moral rights that might preclude Ticket Liquidator’s use of the submission, and agrees not to sue or assert any claim against Ticket Liquidator for the use of the Submission or Entrant’s Likeness or statements. Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold Ticket Liquidator and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and any of their employees (collectively, the “Indemnities”), harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Indemnities due to or arising out of the Entrant’s Submission, or the Entrant’s conduct in creating a Submission or otherwise in connection with this Contest, including but not limited to claims for trademark infringement, copyright infringement; violation of an individual’s right of publicity or right of privacy; or defamation. Entrant further agrees to release Ticket Liquidator from any and all claims that any advertising subsequently produced, presented, and/or prepared by or on behalf of Ticket Liquidator infringes Entrant’s rights with regard to any elements, characters or ideas contained in any submission.
